Hall rental rates Transparent event economics
We do not publish "from" prices without context: the rate depends on season, format and calendar load. Below is the structure so you can plan the budget.

How a discount works
Duration and regularity beat negotiation
Events of three days or more, a second consecutive year and blocks of dates in season are the three cases where the rate is revisited in the organizer favour. A blunt discount does not work: we hold the market.
- Venue liability insurance is always part of the calculation.
- Catering is billed at cost with no handling mark-up.
- State and association events have separate terms.
- The final quote is fixed by contract and does not change unless the brief does.
