Exhibitor relations manager
Packages, space, contract, documents, payment schedule. They size the stand and match the build.
Venue technical director
Power, heights, crane, sound and light, layout, fire safety. Approves the technical plan before build-up.
Visitor manager
Invitations, registration, lists, routes, volunteers, group coordination.
Marketing and media
Announcements, partner publications, press work, accreditation, filming.
Partnerships
Associations, state programs, education institutions, sponsors.
On show days the whole team sits in the operations room and any responder is five minutes away — physically. For an exhibitor that means a technical question does not turn into two days of email.
We work in Uzbek, Russian, English and Turkish: negotiations, exhibitor registration and conference sessions run in these languages.
