Below are the baseline configurations we run for our own shows. They are also the starting point for external organizers: only stand density and stage position change.
Mixed: hall plus outdoors
Light exhibitors indoors, machinery and oversized items on asphalt. One navigation, one visitor entrance, one build schedule.
Forum contour
Half the hall becomes three zones: stage, stands and soft seating. Works for conferences of 300–400 delegates.
Festival format
Stage, track or show zone, market, family and food areas. Requires a safety plan and approval with local authorities.

- All aisles stay at least three metres wide.
- Stage and entrance group are separated — otherwise traffic never reaches the far stands.
- Heavy machinery is placed only on the paved part of the open area.
- Space next to the reception desk and the coffee point is priced higher — that is normal and we do not hide it.
